Dug and Denise Smith provide the very best field catering in the business. Whether your course takes you to the beach at Fraser Island, the top of the Precipice Sandstone at Canarvon Gorge or to the mouth of Umbum Creek you’ll enjoy plenty of hearty, freshly made food.
You’ll enjoy a full cooked breakfast every morning with brewed coffee and billy tea. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea will be served on the outcrop with home made cakes, muffins and biscuits, freshly made sandwiches, plenty of fresh fruit and tea and coffee. Evening meals include soup, a hearty main and desert with wine and beer perfect for enjoying around the campfire.
